The hotel event old but not that dirty . The room quite big but some facilities not working . Breakfast is the best but what I don’t like they asking for my review in trip advisor to rate them 5 and they not best of the best . And keep calling me to delete the reviews when I rate them 4

Possibly never had better service in my life! Just amazing from start to finish; from Manager, to Wait Staff - all incredible.
Nice sized hotel, always clean, and as i said - simply the best service. Highly recommend.

I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out.
I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

First of all, the parking space is very limited. If you arrive late, there might be no space available to park your car.
Second, the staff who came to pick up my luggage smelled strongly of alcohol. I’m 100% sure he had been drinking during working hours.
Third, the room looked dirty and smelled bad, especially the bathroom. The mattress I slept on also had a sweaty odor.
Fourth, the breakfast had very few options.
I spent more than $500 for a 3-night stay during my vacation, but I ended up staying only one night because I couldn’t stand the bad smell and unclean environment.
For this price, what I got was definitely not worth it.

Awesome stay at Khmer Mansion residences, Siem Reap. Our second floor room was spacious and nicely decorated with Khmer artefacts. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel provided one-way tuk tuk service to the city center, which we found very convenient. Not forgetting to mention, when we return from a trip, we were greeted with cold towel and glass of water. This is truly a great gesture.
